  • Divisional Administrator - Bootle, Merseyside

    In this role you will provide administrative support to two Service Delivery Managers. The work is interesting and varied, including direct contact with our team of volunteers, using our case management IT system, handling telephone calls, and organising meetings and training resources.

    The main purpose of this role is to recruit, manage and develop volunteers who will support victims and witnesses of crime. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing partnership working with other agencies and assist in obtaining local funding. You will also have overall responsibility for maintaining and enhancing service delivery and standards.

    We require an experienced Service Delivery Manager to recruit, manager and develop volunteers who will support victims of crime in order to maintain and improve service delivery standards and effectiveness, including ensuring that all case records are updated appropriately.

    We require an experienced manager to recruit, manager and develop volunteers who will support witnesses of crime in order to maintain and improve service delivery standards and effectiveness, including ensuring that all case records are updated appropriately.
