Insurance and crime
If you have insurance, we can help you to make a claim after a crime
Not everyone can afford to insure their home and possessions. But if you can afford insurance it's one way of helping to reduce the effects of crime if you have things stolen or damaged. Knowing that you don't have to worry about finding the money to replace things also helps some people to recover emotionally because one source of potential stress is reduced.
If you are having problems making a claim under your insurance policy, we can help you with filling in forms or dealing with the company over the phone. You should also aware that most policies require you to report a crime to the police before you can make a claim.
