Facilities for the deaf and hard of hearing
Victim Support West Midlands is working towards the RNID Louder than Words benchmark and welcomes calls from Deaf/hard of hearing people. Staff have been trained in Deaf awareness and how to use text relay.
Offices have the following available:
- Induction loops
- SMS/text messaging
A regional text phone service will shortly be available.
