Surrey Young Witness Service went live on 14th June 2010. With the withdrawal of NSPCC Young Witness Project, Victim Support Young Witness Service will now support all children in Surrey who have to give evidence in court. Court preparation will begin in the home environment and extend to court for a familiarisation visit and support on day of trial. A 'Post Trial' home visit will be offered.
