Governance and Nominations Committee

The Governance and Nominations Committee is chaired by Bernard Herdan

Our Governance and Nominations Committee makes sure that the corporate governance responsibilities and duties of the Board of Trustees are managed effectively. The Committee also leads the process for appointments and elections to the Board of Trustees and independent committee members.

Membership

The Committee has six members and is chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. All other members are from the Board of Trustees and the Assembly. Current members (November 2011) are:
