Victim Support responds to anti-social behaviour report

We've welcomed the findings of a report by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) into anti-social behaviour. Echoing the need for early intervention, we welcomed the report’s recommendation that police forces should focus on the harm caused by anti-social behaviour.
