Victim Support has changed a great deal since it began but at its heart it remains essentially the same: determined to be the world’s best charity in supporting the needs of millions of victims and witnesses working to make sure that victims and witnesses are valued and, crucially, have a voice in the criminal justice system.

We are proud of all we have achieved but we want to improve all the time. The significant financial challenges facing us also offer us huge opportunities and our new and refreshed corporate strategy will help us meet these challenges and make the most of the opportunities. We will re-double our efforts to be the best and continue to meet the needs of millions of victims and witnesses.

The new corporate strategy builds on what has gone before. We believe this will give Victim Support volunteers and staff, partners, funders and, most importantly, those whom we serve, an exciting vision of what we want to achieve over the next four years. It highlights our six key objectives and how we will deliver them and it has been produced after a comprehensive consultation process.

The strategy will help us move forward, grow stronger and become even better at serving victims and witnesses.
