Ex-Brand New Heavies and Incognito vocalist, Linda Muriel, Sarah Louise Ings’ all singing, all dancing show and the Singing Policeman are just three of the acts performing at Victim Support’s musical cabaret fundraising evening at Arnold’s Live Music Venue, Bride Lane, London on Wednesday 6 April.
Cycle squad sergeant Antony Wolfson, the Singing Policeman, will be performing his new single shortly to be released. Duchess, the new pop band signed to Sony, will also be performing at the event.
The national charity is working with the City of London Police, Standing Ovation Music Management and Plaza Records to raise as much money as possible for victims and witnesses of crime across the capital.
Claudine Piggott, Victim Support’s Fundraising and Relationship Manager in London, said: “The stunning line-up for this event caters for all musical tastes and is a must. We’ve enjoyed working with the City of London Police to organise what promises to be a really good night, and we look forward to building on the excellent relationship we have with them in the future.”
Detective Inspector Steve Jackson, head of City of London Police’s Public Protection Unit, said: "Once again it is our great honour to work with Victim Support - particularly given our close intrinsically linked aims of providing assuring, practical support to both victims and witnesses of crime in London and the UK every day."
Mark Sapsford, from Standing Ovation Music Management, said: "Standing Ovation Music is very proud to be a part of the musical cabaret night. We believe the work the charity does is crucial supporting victims of crime in all areas of the community. Music brings joy to peoples' lives and Victim Support brings hope and a future to those that suffer. We are both in the business of making life a little better."
Tickets cost £12.50 and can be bought at
